方法4周内给大鼠腹腔注射DMN 12次制备肝硬化模型,成模后停止染毒,随机分为模型对照组、一贯煎组、黄芪汤组、茵陈蒿汤组、下瘀血汤组及小柴胡汤组,分别以生理盐水或相应药物灌胃给药2周;检测各组大鼠肝组织总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、谷胱甘肽-S转移酶(GST)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量及血清肝功能、肝组织羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量的变化。

补充资料：黄芪鳖甲蜜饮
烹制：将黄芪30克，三棱10克，莪术10克分别拣去杂质，洗净，晒干或烘干，三棱，莪术切成片，同放入碗中，备用。黄芪切成饮片，放入纱布袋中，扎紧袋口，待用。将鳖甲30克洗净，晾干后敲碎，放入沙锅，加水浸泡片刻，大火煮沸，改用中火先煎30分钟，将盛入碗中的三棱、莪术片倒入沙锅，放入黄芪药袋，视需要可酌加的适量温开水，再煎煮30分钟，取出药袋，取汁放入容器，待其温热时，兑入蜂蜜30毫升，拌和均匀即成。可在上、下午分服。
按语：补中益气，软坚散结，适于子宫肌瘤，证属气虚血瘀。
