This paper elaborate the construction of the Tianjin Digital Strong Motion Network System,the technical ideas and the methods to realize the automatic station monitoring,the data assembling and storing,the station remote controlling,the intensity rapid reporting,the strong motion record routine processing and the strong motion record shares and services.

By imposing an excitement source to stimulate transformer winding vibrations, and by means of both the total vibration velocity level function and vibration velocity intensity index function, features of the winding\'s vibration signal changes can be found out, and based upon the findings the status of the winding in operation is determined.
