The main empirical findings are following: There was spillover from publicly financed business R&D and private financed business R&D,the spillover publicly financed business R&D was more larger than private financed business R&D.
在国内外文献研究基础上,引入产业间技术相近度的概念,基于广义C-D生产函数构建了一个测度政府科技资助溢出效应的计量模型,并采用来自《中国科技统计年鉴》(1997—2006)大中型工业企业的面板数据,对政府科技资助、企业自筹R&D等溢出效应进行了实证分析。
