补充资料：弄舌风
弄舌风 弄舌风 病名。见《疮疡经验全书》。系指舌吐出口外而时时吐弄的病证。《咽喉脉证通论》：“此症因风痰久积于内，或劳役过度而生，其状舌出过唇，不能言语，以手时弄其舌，故名”。其原因有四： ①心脾积热致者，症见时时舒舌于口外，旋伸旋缩，左右吐弄，舌红胀满。治宜泻心脾两经之热。可选用泻黄散、清胃散、清心莲子饮等加减。 ②咽喉肿痛，痰涎壅塞、声嘶音沙、舌出不收，时时搅动，常欲手门者，属弄舌喉风。详该条。 ③脾肾虚热致者，症见舌不红肿，时时吐出外，大便不实，渴喜热饮，口角流涎。治宜补益脾肾。可选用六味地黄汤、归脾汤、补中益气汤等加减。 ④肝风上扰致者，可选用镇肝熄风汤、大定风珠等加减。
