性质:粒子计数可采用激光粒子计数器或凝聚核粒子计数器。He-Ne激光粒子计数器,可分析气体中0.1μm粒径的颗粒杂质;Ar-Kr激光粒子计数器可分析0.05μm粒径颗粒杂质;目前已有可检测超高纯气中0.005μm的粒子计数器。光电尘粒计数器是一种利用光的散射原理进行尘粒计数的仪器。一定流量的含尘气体通过一束强光,使粒子发射出散射光,经过聚光透镜投射到光电倍增管上,将光脉冲变为电脉冲,由脉冲数求得颗粒数。根据粒子散射光的强度与粒径的函数关系得出粒子直径。粒子计数器是高纯或超高纯供气系统中必不可缺少的仪器。价格较昂贵。
