连续性动脉静脉血液透析
将常见血液透析改成连续性血液透析。使用小型空心纤维型透析器(膜面积为0.6m2),血液通过短路,可不用血泵,但需透析液,跨膜压低,透析液流量为1L/h。24小时尿素氮清除率相当于常规血液透析4小时。只适用于急性肾功能衰竭并有低血压及伴多脏器功能衰竭或床边紧急处理。
