以毛竹(Phyllostachys pubescens)和铺地竹(Pleioblastus argenteastriatus)为材料,通过热回流和自然浸泡法提取,萃取法、硅胶柱、AB-8大孔树脂柱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱、RP-18反相硅胶柱层析法纯化分离,质谱、紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱图进行结构鉴定,对分离得到的15个化合物进行了结构鉴定:通过分光光度法和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定黄酮含量,对六个纯化黄酮工艺、两种黄酮含量测定方法进行了比较研究;通过AB-8大孔树脂柱层析法对竹叶提取物初步纯化分离,得到黄酮含量不同的组分,对这些组分的抗氧化活性和抑菌活性进行了研究。
