no-tillage seeder

免耕播种机(no·ti一lage seeder)在未经耕整的茬地上播种的机具。亦称直接播种机(directseeder)。通常在播种的同时进行施肥和施洒除草剂、农药等作业。 免耕播种机是在20世纪60年代,随着各国对免耕农业的重视而发展起来的(见少耕作业机械化)。它在茬地上进行播种作业时,能达到切断残茬搜盖层,松出一条宽约2.5一5厘米,深度与作物要求播种深度相当的播种带,按作物要求的行、株距和深度播人种子并保证种子与土坡的良好接触,适当压实土壤;增加某些工作部件,能一次完成如施肥、施除草剂和杀虫剂等多项作业。 免耕播种机的工作部件配置,是在开沟器的前方安装波纹圆盘刀或凿形齿作为破茬部件,切断地面残茬,并形成一条5厘米宽的播种带,施肥开沟器在一侧开出施肥沟,并将肥料施在侧下方,播种用开沟器跟踪破茬部件所开出的沟,按播深要求形成种沟,将种子均匀地播入种沟内,然后由施药器喷洒农药,由镇压夜土轮夜土镇压,完成全过程。 免耕播种机的多数部件与传统播种机相同。不同的是需要配里能切断残茬的破茬工作部件。常用的切茬开沟器有三种类型:①波纹圆盘刀。装在双圆盘开沟器之前,具有5厘米波深的波纹,其周边的波纹切刀,具有良好的切茬人土性能.能开出5厘米宽的小沟,然后由双圆盘开沟器加深,双圆盘开沟器两侧的橡胶限深轮,能保证形成深浅一致,并开出整齐的种沟,使种子能与土壤接触良好,为出苗创造条件。②凿形齿或窄锄铲式开沟器。结构简单,人土性能好,但容易堵塞。③窄旋转松土器。有较好的松土、碎土性能,需由动力翰出轴带动,结构复杂。(首南宏)
