The property of CIS films prepared by PLD sputtering and post-selenization had been characterized by X-ray Diffraction(XRD)、Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)、X-ray Photo Electron Spectroscopy(XPS) and X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer(XRF),the results show that CIS thin films of single phase and chalcopyrite structure can be obtained by this method.
