Through a proper topdressing way to the ultra-fine particles,two kinds of high temperature self-lubricating composite coating-Ni-Re-p /(C+CaF2)and Ni-p /(C+CaF2)were got,which on base of 0Gr18Ni9Ti body.
通过对超微粉体表面预处理,采用化学复合镀的方法,在0Gr18Ni9Ti试件上得到Ni-Re-P/(人造金刚石粉(C)+CaF2)、Ni-P/(人造金刚石粉(C)+CaF2)两种复合镀层,通过测试性能比较,铼元素的加入后,耐高温自润滑复合镀层的抗氧化能力和耐磨擦磨损的能力都有较大的提高。

The self-lubricanting coating of nickel-coated graphite was prepared by oxygen-acetylene flame spraying technology and its friction and wear properties at room temperature were studied in a ball on disk test rig.
选用镍包石墨粉末,采用氧-乙炔火焰喷涂技术制备镍包石墨自润滑涂层,在球-盘摩擦磨损试验机上探讨了室温条件下镍包石墨自润滑涂层的摩擦磨损性能。
