肾小管的一种生理功能。指原尿流经肾小管和集合管时，水分、葡萄糖、氨基酸及各种离子重新返回血液的过程。重吸收有两种方式，分为主动重吸收和被动重吸收。主动重吸收是指肾小管上皮细胞能逆着电化学差，将小管内溶质主动转运到小管外组织间液的过程。被动重吸收是指小管液中的水和溶质，依靠物理和化学机制通过肾小管上皮细胞进入小管外组织液的过程。
