The development and application of SR image reconstruction is thoroughly investigated in different angles such as the source of non-redundant information,reconstruction model,fast algorithm,remote sensing application,medical application,bio-informatical recognition and so on.

The above questions demand biological information recognition algorithm for evaluating the concept, looking for the effective evaluation method, to speed up the biological information identification technology and industrialization of mature, and make it a high-tech to serve the society.

This paper discusses some applications of the technique of multi-source image fusion in improvement of object identification and extraction, presents some experiment results, and shows that the technique of multi-source image fusion is an important part of future automatic object identification system.
