According to the request of mixing proportion, disk batching calculation model which based on production technology, actual working status and site experience accomplished a series of complicated calculation, got the final flux set points and reached the purpose of blending material well.

In the paper,two controlling projects of sintering proportioning system were introduced,namely,synchronized and free running timing problem of proportioning disk and weight belt.

The technologic status of the weight belt which was the key equipment in sintering plant dosing was analyzed in detail.
