Results from investigating the degeneration of motives of College Student\'s English Learning have showed the inner reasons of the degeneration,which are related to learners\' experience,attitude,and self-esteem,while the outer reasons are related to teachers,learning conditional factors.

This work presents the degradation mechanisms of GaN-based LED including degradation of the encapsulating material, electromigration of contact metal, p-W contact degradation, creation of deep levels and non-radiative recombination centers, and the measures improving reliability of the device.
