In order to explore the internus reasons of the recent pandemic influenza and the variability of eight gene fragments of influenza A(H1N1) virus,a typical influenza A(H1N1) virus A/NewYork/1669/2009(H1N1) broke out recently was analyzed and compared on its eight gene fragments of PA,NP,M,PB1,PB2,NA,HA,and NS by BLAST and CLUSTAL X bioinformatics softwares.
为探索新近暴发的甲型H1N1流感病毒各基因片段的变异性与本次疫病流行的内在原因,以NCBI GenBank中报道的1株新发的典型H1N1甲型流感病毒A/New York/1669/2009(H1N1)作为研究对象,运用在线BLAST和CLUSTAL X等生物信息学软件对其PA、NP、M、PB1、PB2、NA、HA和NS基因片段进行了比较分析。
