To search the better extender,cryoprotectant and thaw temperature for cryopreservate domestic cat epididymal spermatozoa,the domestic cat epididymal spermatozoa was collected and assessed before and after rapid cryopreservation by two different extenders and three different cryoprotectants respectively.

附睾
解剖名。为紧贴于睾丸上端和后缘 的解剖组织。长约4～6cm，直径04～05mm。可分为三部：①附睾头：即附睾上 端的膨大部；②附睾体：即附睾中部的扁圆部；③附睾尾：附睾下端的较细部(见图39)。附 睾表面有一层白膜，附睾头由睾丸输出小管弯曲盘绕而成，各输出小管的末端汇入一条附睾 管，附睾管很长，向下方纡回曲折，构成附睾体和附睾尾，附睾管的末端向后上方弯曲，形 成输精管。附睾有贮存精子的作用，并分泌液体营养精子，促使精子继续发育，乃至成熟， 以及增强其活动力。附睾为男性生殖器结核多发处，在病灶形成硬结。
