A MK9N/MAX-S cigarette making and tipping machine combination,which produced 84 mm filter cigarettes,was modificated accordingly,involving the tobacco rod length change in MK9N cigarette making machine,the filter rod,tipping paper unit,rolling block,related drums and suctional mandrels,and cigarette output roller in MAX-S filter tip assembling machine.
为此,利用现有的生产84 mm规格卷烟的MK9N卷接机组,对MK9N卷烟机的烟支长度、MAX-S接装机的供嘴和接装纸部分、接装纸搓板、相关鼓轮及风芯、出烟轮等部位进行了改造,实现了120 mm卷烟的生产,产品质量达到标准要求。
