A new type of amphiphilic polymer porous microsphere with different hydrophilic drgree were prepared,its hydrophobic part is PSt-DVB microsphere,the hydrophilic part is PMMA,the influence of reaction time and pendant vinyl groups on the grafting degree and influence of grafting degree on the morphology of microsphere were discussed.
合成了具有悬挂双键的苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯多孔微球,在悬挂双键处接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯,制成了一系列不同接枝度的两亲性聚合物多孔微球。

To extend application and improve the hydrophilicity of porous resin microsphere,the modified resin microspheres were prepared by grafting maleic anhydride(MAH) onto porous poly(styrene-divinylbenzen) [P(St-DVB)] with pendant vinyl groups.
为了提高多孔树脂微球的亲水性,扩大其应用范围,文章通过马来酸酐(MAH)与多孔苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚微球悬挂双键的接枝聚合,制备了改性的多孔树脂微球。

| 挂线法 中医外治法之一。应用药制丝线、纸裹药线、医用药线、橡皮筋线等材料，采取挂线法以剖开瘘管或窦道的一种治疗方法。这种治疗方法是利用挂线的紧箍力，阻滞气血、经络，使局部组织坏死，从而达到慢切开的治疗目的。挂线的要领是从瘘管外口穿入，由内口穿出，然后药线两头以双重结结扎固定。本疗法适用于单纯性肛瘘、复杂性肛瘘、乳房部瘘管(窦道)，对于高位复杂性肛瘘尤具显效。本疗法具有操作简便，疗效确切，治疗过程中几乎不出血，术后创口愈合快，不影响其生理功能等特点，为临床广泛应用。 |
