The paper indicates that selection of effective construction methods and proper arrangement of relevant construction procedures in construction of underground pipe network during the building of the heavy container storage yards are the top priorities to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction of the heavy container storage yard and to ensure the progress and quality of the works.
