性质:又称多孔微载体。是在实心微载体的基础上增加制孔工艺所制得的一种新型微载体。大孔微载体的球径一般为几厘米,孔径为几毫米。这种微载体与传统微载体相比具有一些突出的优点:生长于孔内的细胞可不受剪切损伤,对剪切敏感性细胞有较大益处;可以使用流化床、固定床等高效培养方式培养细胞;便于放大等。大孔微载体在大规模动物细胞培养及组织工程中有着重要的应用。
