乙型病毒性肝炎
viral hepatitis type B
乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染所致的传染病，为我国目前发病率最高的一型肝炎。慢性患者及病毒携带者为重要的传染源。传播途径多种，以接触或输血或血制品应用为主要途径。青壮年多见，城市较乡村多见，有家庭聚集现象。全年散发，潜伏期与病程较长。临床上多无黄疸，但重症及反复发作者可出现黄疸，易慢性化，慢性者可有肝外表现，并可逐步演变为肝硬化，甚至发展为原发性肝细胞癌，预后较差。诊断主要依据临床表现、血清学标志与肝组织学检查。血清学标志常用的有乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)、乙型肝炎表面抗体(HBsAb)、乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)、乙型肝炎e抗体(HBeAb)、乙型肝炎核心抗体(HBcAb)、HBV-DNA、DNA-P(DNA多聚酶)、多聚人血清清蛋白受体、前S2蛋白等。治疗原则是适当休息，合理营养，根据病情轻重不一，给予必要的对症、保肝药物。抗病毒治疗可采用干扰素、无环鸟苷等。
