腹膜假黏液性瘤
即腹膜黏液瘤，是腹膜因腹腔内存在黏液引起种植的反应，往往合并阑尾和卵巢黏液性肿瘤的疾病。多认为是来源于卵巢和阑尾的黏液性肿瘤，约1/3腹膜假黏液瘤患者的卵巢和阑尾均有黏液性肿瘤。病理形态虽属良性或交界性，但病程迁延，极易复发，手术后又易出现肠粘连或肠梗阻，是否属于良性类型尚有争论。5年存活率45%～54%，术后化疗是否有效，尚需研究。合并腹膜假黏液瘤的卵巢黏液性瘤双侧居多。
