[Objective]To establish a method which can take place of the analysis software to compare PFGE fingerprint data,through scanning and computer analysis,accurately and rapidly compare the PFGE data to figure out the specific strain,raise detection rate of pathogens and save the expense of buying expensive analysis software.
[方法]利用标准分子量、genetool软件和spss软件为基础,先将图像条带结果转化为数值结果,然后将条带比对,转化为数值比对的pearson相关分析,对不同血清型的沙门氏菌的PFGE图谱条带进行计算机分析。

目的:对深圳地区健康人肠道分离的150株大肠埃希菌进行质粒图谱分析,探讨质粒谱与耐药性的关系。

目的:对自深圳市自由市场生肉类食品中分离得到的30株对3种和3种以上抗生素耐药的大肠埃希氏菌和31株对3种以上抗生素耐药的沙门氏菌进行质粒图谱分析,探讨质粒与耐药性的关系。

Method: Plasmid profile analysis, Plasmid DNA restriction endonuclease analysis, RAPD — PCR, Setl/set2-PCR.
方法:对43株分离自患者粪便和食物的菌株分别进行质粒图谱分析、质粒DNA酶切图谱分析、随机PCR分析、setl/set2毒力基因PCR分析。
