抗结核药
采用抗结核治疗的目的包括：①在最短时间内使痰菌转阴，减少结核病的传播；②防止耐药菌株产生；③达到完全治愈，避免复发。常用抗结核药包括：①能预防耐药菌株者，如异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇及链霉素等；②能迅速杀灭痰中结核分枝杆菌者，如异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇等；③能清除病灶内结核分枝杆菌而减少复发者，如异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺等。临床上常以异烟肼、链霉素、对氨基水杨酸钠、利福平、吡嗪酰胺为一线抗结核药；多用于初治病例。以乙胺丁醇、卷曲霉素、环丝氨酸及乙硫异烟胺为二线抗结核药，基本上用于复治病例。
