To avoid harm of sodium carbonate accumulating in circle mother liquor on alumina production,the effection of Na2OK concentration in mother liquor and removal salt temperature by crystallization on sodium carbonate solubility in evaporation mother liquor has been experimented.
为避免碳酸钠随母液循环积累给生产造成危害,对影响选矿拜耳法蒸发母液中碳酸钠溶解度的因素———母液中苛性碱浓度(以Na2OK表示)和结晶排盐温度等进行了试验研究,确定了溶液中苛性碱浓度、溶液密度与碳酸钠溶解度的对应关系。
