【性状】
本品为乳剂型基质的棕红色软膏。
【鉴别】
取本品约1g，加水20ml，振摇溶解后，照聚维酮碘溶液项下的鉴别试验， 显相同的反应。
【检查】
应符合软膏剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ F）。
【含量测定】
取本品约10g ，精密称定，置烧杯中，加水120ml ，置50℃的水浴 中加热，搅拌，使溶解，放冷，照电位滴定法（附录Ⅶ A），用硫代硫酸钠滴定液(0.1 mol/L)滴定。每1ml硫代硫酸钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)相当于12.69mg的I。
