【原料】

主料:带鱼500克。配料:黄芪30克,炒枳壳10克。调料:料酒、精盐、葱、姜、生油均适量。

【制作过程】

①将带鱼去鳃、去内脏,洗净,斩成10厘米长的段。将黄芪、炒枳壳洗净,装入纱布袋中扎口。②锅上火,放入生油,将带鱼段放

入油锅中稍煎后,加入适量清水和药包、料酒、精盐、葱、姜,煮至鱼肉熟,拣去药包,挑出葱、姜,调好口味即成。
