性质:化学纤维后处理的一道工序。利用压力以洗液迅速洗去化学纤维成形后所含的少量杂质。将筒管纺丝所得的丝铜管或离心纺丝所得的丝饼接叠成一中空的圆筒,然后将洗液由圆筒的中央通过纤维层压出圆筒外,使纤维受到充分的洗涤。洗涤也可将洗液由纤维层的外部压入筒管内部而从其中央流出。用于粘胶纤维的洗涤、脱硫、漂白以及聚已内酰胺纤维的洗涤等。丝饼也可先制成丝纹,然后用喷水法洗涤。
