n 1 UzhU0n扭转(t wist)轧制过程中轧件绕自身纵轴转动了一定角度而形成的缺陷。主要发生在型材和棒材上。标准规定产品不能有扭转,出现扭转必须进行矫直。产生扭转的原因有:孔型错牙,轧件进孔型不对中;轧件温度不均;机架间张力过大,拉钢严重;出孔型时因卫板不正,轧件断面上受压不均或受到倾倒力矩等。 (崔峰)
