以铣刀的一个齿为对象,分析微小型车铣加工工艺中铣刀单齿圆周刃沿进给螺旋线展开形成的次摆线运动轨迹,得出轨迹方程以及在一个切削周期中(即一次啮合过程)单齿圆周刃的切入角、切出角、切削厚度和切削宽度等计算模型,从而分析单齿圆周刃切削力情况;以经验切削参数作为已知条件,进行了切削力数值计算,并采用Kistler三向测力仪进行加工中切削力测量,结果证明,以次摆线运动轨迹计算得出的单齿圆周刃切削计算模型更接近切削实验结果。
