Through the study of the governance mechanisms of small and medium-sized enterprises network (SMEN), this paper discusses the governance rule of the SMEN and attempts to structure the mechanisms system of network organization.
本文通过对中小企业网络治理机制的研究,探讨中小企业网络的治理规律,尝试性构建中小企业网络治理机制体系;并根据中小企业网络治理机制相关理论,从中小企业网络化合作各机制如信任、学习创新、合作文化等方面,对山西省中小企业网络化合作现状进行了实证分析,总结了山西省中小企业网络化合作进程中出现的问题,并提出完善山西省中小企业网络化合作机制的建议和措施。
