Methods From January 2004 to December 2005,600 women underwent B-ultrasound monitor of inserting the Indomethacin-GyneFix-IUD without contraindication of using intrauterine contraceptive device were divided into two groups according to the depth of uterine cavity:Group Ⅰ(n=329) with uterus depth of (6~9)cm,group Ⅱ(n=271) with uterus depth more than 9 cm.
方法将2004年1月至2005年12月600例在本中心经超声监测下放置吉妮致美宫内节育器妇女(无放置宫内节育器禁忌证)按照宫腔深度分为两组,宫腔深度为(6～9)cm纳入Ⅰ组(n=329),>9cm纳入Ⅱ组(n=271)(本研究遵循的程序符合本院人体试验委员会所制定的伦理学标准,得到该委员会批准,分组征得受试对象本人的知情同意,并与之签署临床研究知情同意书)。

原料配方
皮料：标准粉20千克 饴糖15千克 棉油1.5千克 碳酸氢钠200克 芝麻适量
馅料：熟面粉7.5千克 砂糖10千克 桔饼1千克 桂花500克
制作方法
1.和皮面：面粉过筛，放入饴糖、油、碳酸氢钠，拌和成团，切成小块待用。
2.拌馅料：将熟面粉、砂糖拌匀，再放入桔饼、桂花拌透分块待用。
3.包馅：将皮、馅包成饼坯，馅料包正、包严，揿成扁圆形，盖上红印，撒上少量芝麻。
4.烘烤：装盘烘烤，炉温为230～250℃，出炉后冷却装箱。
质量标准
形态：扁鼓形，表面微凸。
色泽：表面白色，底棕黄色。
组织：表皮硬而松，馅心软。
口味：松软，有果仁香味，不粘牙，不顶口。
