Objective:To observe the clinical effects and mechanism of NaoLing decoction on mild and moderate AD patients with kidney essence deficiency and blood stasis obstruct meridian syndrome.
目的:观察脑灵汤治疗肾精亏虚、血瘀痰阻型轻一中度AD的临床疗效及作用机制。
补充资料：肾精亏损证
| 肾精亏损证 肾精亏虚不足所表现的证候。多因禀赋不足，先天发育不良，后天调养失宜，房事过度，久病伤肾所致。临床表现：小儿发育迟缓，身材矮小，智力和动作迟钝，囟门迟闭，骨骼痿软；成人早衰，发脱齿摇，耳鸣耳聋，健忘恍惚，精神呆钝，动作迟缓，足痿无力，足根痛，易骨折，或骨折后久不愈合；男子精少不育，女子经闭不孕，性机能减退。 肾精不足证，以生长发育迟缓，成人早衰及性机能减退为辨证要点。肾主生长发育，肾精不足，不能化气生血，充肌长骨，故小儿发育迟缓，身材矮小，囟门闭迟。肾主骨，齿为骨之余，肾精亏，骨髓减，骨失所养，则骨骼痿软，易骨折，难愈合，足痿无力，足根痛，齿摇早脱。肾主骨生髓通于脑，精少髓亏，脑海空虚，故见耳鸣耳聋，健忘恍惚，智力减退，动作迟缓。肾藏精，主生殖，肾精亏损，男子精少不育，女子经闭不孕，性机能减退。肾其华在发，肾精不足，则发脱或变白。治宜补肾填精，方用左归丸，大补元煎。 |
