| 补法 运用具有补益气、血、阴、阳作用的药物组方，以治疗各种虚证的方法。中医辨证论治八法之一。补法通过补益气血阴阳，增强脏腑的生理功能，从而提高机体抗御外邪，预防疾病的发生，以及祛病延年的作用。由气血阴阳不足所产生的虚证，常以脏腑虚弱的证候表现出来，根据各脏腑不同的虚证 ，采用不同的补法。一般可分为补气 、补血 、补阳、补阴、补心 、补肝、补肺、补脾 、补肾等方法，其中补脾、补肾在补法中占有重要地位。人体的脏腑、气血、阴阳在生理上有着密切的联系，相互依赖，相互制约，在病理上也相互影响。因此，各种补法在临床上可根据具体证候配合使用。各种疾病出现虚证时都可使用补法，其所起的作用是多方面的，与西医所说的补充人体所需的营养物质不同。 临床上具体使用补法时应注意以下两点：① 若属实证，邪气有余，而正气不虚者，不可妄用补法。②虚实夹杂的病证 ，若只用补法扶正则不利除邪 ，若单用祛邪法则易伤正，在治疗上往往采用补法与祛邪法配合使用。 |
