The mechanism of green electricity price into grid is a policy that government permits,guides and encourages users voluntarily to choose clean renewable energy at higher fee.

This paper introduces functions of green Internet and its application in various professions, analyzes the systematic structure and working principle of green Internet and expounds the value-added service of green Internet in net application.

Based on Zhejiang electricity market,the relationship between system surplus capacity percent(SCP) and average generation price,together with the capital return rate,is utilized to the calculation of total average generation price.

At present,our government calculate generation price by operation-term pricing method based on cost.

It is discussed the forming of generation price,transmission and distribution price,sale price and the content of power price supervision.

It touches upon separating price of plant from that of network, sales price to network, transmission and distribution price, sales price and system principles in regard to electricity tariff mainly.

Therefore, it is necessary to set up an appropriate pricing mechanism and system including thelinks of sales price to network, transmission and distribution price (T&D price) and sales price.

This paper briefly introduces the current condition of power system reform, and points out that reasonable electricity price is core in the reform, and expounds the current condition, up-raising problems, reform principle of sales price to network.
