性质:是以弥散强化铂(ZGSPt)作表面层,纯钯为芯部制成的三层复合材料。密度13.85~15.41g/cm3,约为纯铂的2/3。在1100℃下不受碳酸钠、氢氟酸和硫酸等的腐蚀。在1250℃不受熔融玻璃的浸蚀或产生开裂现象。高温下承受应力断裂寿命几乎为纯铂的10倍。断裂后也不分层。把铂板封入2GSPt的套子中,先在900℃进行扩散焊接,热轧至1.5mm,再冷加工至成品尺寸。制造玻纤工业用漏板、安全隔膜,也可制造熔化玻璃的坩埚,实验室用器皿等。同类材料还有:2 GSPt-Rh “TriM”。
