Its predecessor "The Zhenyuanzeng Distillery" originated in the Ming Dynasty Hongzhi year (in 1496), was one of the earliest liquor enterprises which used mud sump fermentation to product the White liquor in China, and founded the sorghum Da Qu wine in north of Yangtze River beginning of a matter.
