通过对 SBT薄膜表面形貌变化的结果表明 ,SBT薄膜经过氮氢混合气氛 (forming gas,95 % N2 +5 % H2 )退火后 ,由于氢的还原作用造成了 Bi的缺失 ,从而导致了薄膜铁电性能的退化 ,SEM结果表明还原出来的 Bi在薄膜表面形成柱状结构。
