The hoist during the operation of common faults-"sync request" is introduced and the reasons for failure analysis are given,put forward a "Request Synchronization" method of treatment failure and treatment in the process of attention,and finally,give the avoid "sync request" approach.

In this paper, a method of synchronous solving of charcteristic value and vector ofmatrix with the suitable elementary transformation for λ-matrix is introduced on the basis ofa simple solution of a general linear equational group.
