According to the characteristics of the concurrent procedures,the author studies and analyzes two typical examples of concurrent procedures with the obtained method of parametrical modeling of concurrent procedures,and gains the static parametrical models of the two typical examples primarily.

Based on the practical experience of software development, this paper analyzing the one of the main reasons that development fail of software is a need not clear and definite, provides the method of the software concurrent development that based on the classification of the need, verifies the usefulness of this method.
