是用电流或双间脉冲电流刺激凸侧肌肉侧斜方肌、背棘肌,使其定时收缩,增强凸侧肌力来矫正侧凸。刺激电可置于皮肢表面,亦可埋入肌肉内,只适用侧凸10°~20°的小孩。
