药代动力: 本品口服吸收完全，起效快，作用强，毒性低。存在明显首过效应，口服后仅0.2％能进入全身循环。血浆蛋白结合率约66％，血浆清除半衰期35min；84％由尿排出，0.8％经粪便，另11％随CO2形式呼出。
适应症： 用于脑血管病后遗精神行为障碍，可使生活能力提高，记忆再现。无镇静作用。
用法用量： 用于早老性痴呆患者，1000～1500mg/d；治疗脑血管病引起的各种精神症状，600～1500mg/d；脑梗死后激动和／或抑郁的治疗，建议剂量为200mg／次，3次／d。安全范围1日0.3g～1.8g。
不良反应： 发生率低且严重程度低。常见是激动、失眠、头痛、眩晕、腹泻、皮疹等，一般不须停药。偶见口干、嗜睡。
