To evaluate the toxic effect of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TCP) exposure on hepatocyte of fish, two-dimensional electrophoresis coupled with mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) was used to identify proteins differentially expressed in the livers of rare minnow (Gobiocypris rarus) following TCP exposure of 1, 10, 100μg·L-1.

介绍:
    口端位,弧形。口裂斜。侧线不完全,有时断断续续。背鳍无硬刺,其起点稍后于腹鳍起点,与腹鳍基底相对,尾鳍分叉,上下叶等长。体侧具淡黄色宽纵纹,从鳃孔后至尾鳍基有一条较宽黑色条纹。
  小型鱼类,生活在泥沙底质和水流畅通的水田、渠沟中,群居。摄食无脊椎动物。有特殊的分批产卵习性。
