In 1993,in the implementation of the Provisional Management Regulations of the Use of the Sea issued by the Financial Ministry and the State Ocean Administration,there occurred some disagreement over the Changjiang River Estuary\'s geographical scope,which resulted in the second round of dispute over the river-sea delimitation of the Estuary.

To meet the water-searching demand,the authors compiled the tri-frequency standard deviation anomaly map with the reservation of regional field, and studied the transgressive boundary and transgressive degree of this area.
