In order to ensure the successful implementation of the module teaching of accounting specialty in vocational colleges,it is essential to redesign and rewrite professional textbooks,reform teaching methods,perfect teaching measures and reform the assessing system.

This article introduced the process control and quality management and the way to deal with these problems arisen in work-study program,the assessment and check-up measure of result and the method of process control and education quality management with PACD control system in work-study program education model in accordance with the experience acquired in practice.
