肛管直肠角
耻骨直肠肌的肌束从耻骨联合向下后方行，绕过直肠和肛管连接处，并将肛管直肠接合处牵引向前，固定于耻骨联合，因而使肛管、直肠连接成的角，约为90°或稍大。这种角度，在腹腔内压力升高时，使肛管、直肠交界处产生一瓣膜机制。另一方面，由于直肠角使肛管后壁向前凸入肠腔，排便时，后壁承受的压力较大，易发生损伤，故肛裂、肛瘘、肛周脓肿好发于肛管后壁。
