Methods: The origins, courses, branches, distributions and anastomosis of dorsal carpal branch of anterior interosseous artery, radial artery, ulnar artery and second,third dorsal metacarpal arteries were dissected and observed on 30 adult cadaveric upper limber specimens injected with red dye.
方法 :30侧经动脉内灌注红色乳胶的成人上肢标本 ,解剖观测了骨间前动脉、桡动脉和尺动脉的腕背支以及第 2 ,3掌背动脉的起始、走行、分支分布及吻合情况。

| 腱鞘囊肿 ganglion 发生于关节或腱鞘周围的囊性肿块。呈半球状隆起，囊内充满胶冻样物质，坚硬而有弹性。多发生于腕背、足背 、腘窝等处，偶尔发生于膝半月板边缘。很少引起症状，不影响关节活动。该病多见于青、中年，女性多于男性。有的与关节腔相通。治疗可挤破或抽出囊液，注入醋酸氢化可的松或透明质酸酶，但可能复发。囊肿彻底切除，并修复关节囊是较好的治疗方法。 |
