Therefore a new concept of quality with more value orientation and humanistic care should be defined from philosophical and sociological perspectives,so as to correctly interpret the current situation of society and economy,solve problems with economic growth,build modern discourse platform of quality,guide quality practice,and ultimately lead social development toward high quality as expected.
