This paper presents the findings of a questionnaire survey conducted on the factors affecting promotion of Chinese green buildings.
用问卷调查的方式来研究在我国推广绿色建筑的影响因素,通过文献研究总结了24个影响绿色建筑推广的因子,然后运用主成分分析法提取了5个关键因素:绿色建筑的成本、绿色建筑的识别、绿色建筑的政策体制、社会的绿色需求环境、绿色建筑的专业机构及管理。
