}JudJ kongZhl就地控制(local control)控制台屏或柜设置在各被控对象的附近，运行人员通过控制台屏或柜上的设备，分别对被控对象进行监视和操作控制的一种控制方式。在火力发电厂中就地控制的适用范围为:①小容量机组，它们的热力系统一般为母管制，机、炉采取并列运行方式，此时，锅炉、汽轮机、除氧给水系统可以分别就地控制;②辅助车间，如水处理车间，嫩料油泵房、氮气站、压缩空气站等;③辅助系统，如热力网和减温减压器等。 就地控制是相对于集中控制而言。现代发电厂对一些相对独立，不需经常监视，能够单独控制的设备和参数采取就地控制。例如:除氧器水位和压力、汽机轴封压力、加热器和凝汽器的水位等。就地控制是集中控制的必要补充，可以减轻集控人员的监控负担，它还具有系统简单、投资少的优点，但控制设备必须根据现场的环境条件，采取防展、防爆、防尘、防腐蚀、防水或防冻等措施。
